Step 3 – Unit Access
Once payment is received, we will send you the secure lock box code containing your key and the container number that has been allocated.

Step 4 – Ending the Rental
We simply require 7 days’ notice by text or email. Empty your container and send 3 images by email (one to include your container number) to show all areas are clean and that no damage has been sustained. Reattach your lock and put the key through the office letterbox or return to the staff during office hours.
We will then refund your deposit.
